Current Research Projects
We are interested in
examining the molecular mechanisms of
disease resistance in swine. We are currently investigating mucosal
immunity
through research on salmonella and cholera toxin effects in porcine
gut. Anti-viral immunity is being examined through
the use of porcine
reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRS).
